Privacy Policy

Cloudtalis Systems Inc. ("Cloudtalis", "we") respects your privacy. This policy describes the personal data we process, why we process it, and the rights you have over it.
1. Data we collect
Account data β name, email, organisation, and credentials. Service data β usage metadata such as call records (CDRs), eSIM activations, IP addresses, and device identifiers used to deliver the Services. Billing data β processed by our payment providers; we never store full card numbers.
2. Why we process it
To deliver and operate the Services, prevent fraud and abuse, meet legal obligations (including telecom retention requirements), and improve product quality. We do not sell personal data.
3. Sharing
We share data with sub-processors that help us run the Services (cloud hosting, telephony carriers, payment processors, email delivery, customer support tooling). A current list is available on request.
4. International transfers
Where data is transferred outside your region we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
5. Retention
We keep account data for the life of your account and for a reasonable period afterwards. Call records and other telecom data are kept only as long as required by applicable law.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port or restrict processing of your personal data. Email privacy@cloudtalis.com to exercise these rights.
7. Security
We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data, including encryption in transit and at rest and least-privilege access controls.
8. Children
The Services are not directed at children under 16.
9. Updates
We will notify you of material changes to this policy in-product or by email.
